📝 Product Overview
The Beckett GeniSys 7575 is a potted 120 VAC primary safety control designed for commercial and industrial applications, including pressure washers, asphalt distributors, and other industrial oil burners. Its epoxy-potted housing provides excellent moisture resistance, making it ideal for high-moisture environments.
The control operates the burner’s motor, igniter, and optional solenoid valve using interrupted ignition with a 15-second lockout time. Front-mounted 24 VAC thermostat terminals are compatible with mechanical and many power-stealing thermostats (if applicable).
The GeniSys Contractor Tool 52082 (sold separately) enables programming of pre-purge and post-purge timings. For diagnostics, the control stores the last 15 burner cycles.
Works with: GeniSys CAD Cell Flame Detector Kit 7006U (sold separately) for complete burner control.
